1. How much disk space and bandwidth will my plan include?
Disk space and bandwidth are "unmetered," meaning you are not charged based on the amount of disk space or bandwidth you use. However, we require all customers to fully comply with our Terms of Service and policies, which include our Acceptable Use Policy ("TOS"), and to only use disk space and bandwidth for the normal operation of a personal or small business website.
For example, customers who use 25% or more of the system's resources for more than 90 seconds would be in violation of our TOS, which includes our Acceptable Use Policy and other policies. Please review our TOS or contact us if you have any questions.
2. What happens if I exceed the usage?
If we have concerns about your account's bandwidth or disk space usage, you'll receive an email asking you to reduce your usage. Again, it's very rare for a customer managing a personal or small business website to exceed our TOS, which include our Acceptable Use Policy and other policies.
