- As described in the respective terms of service for each of our services and in the HostingCHS LLC Master Customer Agreement.
Article 3. No -Spam Policy: We have a strict No-Spam Policy that prohibits the use of collected data for spam. We will not sell any contact information to third parties.
Article 4. Choices Regarding Personal Information: When you register for a particular service that requires registration, we ask you to provide us with personal information. If we need to use this information in a manner different from the purpose defined herein and as set forth in the terms of the services offered, we will ask for your prior consent to such use. Most browsers are set up to accept cookies, but you can set your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some of our features and services may not function properly if cookies are disabled. You can refuse to upload your personal information to any of our services, in which case we may not be able to provide those services to you.

- We may share certain information with third parties, including non-personal information, such as demographic data such as the number of users. This information is not classified as personal information.

This includes internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.
We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors, and agents who need to know such information to operate, develop, or improve our services. These individuals are subject to confidentiality obligations and may be subject to disciplinary action, including termination of employment and criminal prosecution.
Article 7. Accessing and Updating Personal Information: When you use our services, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and to correct it if it is incorrect.
